Frank Russell | Chief Executive Officer
Frank Russell is the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Prositions, Inc. He heads the Board of Directors and is responsible for the strategic vision and direction of the company. Frank has over 30 years of human resource management experience. He is also a serial entrepreneur having started three other companies in the HR space.
Prior to starting Prositions, Frank was Founder and CEO of GeoLearning, Inc. Geo was the largest SaaS-based learning and performance management company in the industry. Prior to founding GeoLearning, he was President and Founder of Excellence in Training Corporation, a leading producer and distributor of video-based training.
Frank has extensive experience in the human resource technology field. He did research at the Center for Advanced Computation at the University of Illinois where the first Internet browser was invented. He worked for Control Data Corporation in the late 1970s with the Plato System, which was the first commercially viable CBT authoring system. He has also been the director of training for a Fortune 500 company and State Training Administrator for the State of Iowa.
Frank’s companies have been recognized with numerous awards, including ranking on the Inc. 500/5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies for seven consecutive years (2004-2010), six years on the Software 500 list (2005-2010), ” Product of the Year” from HR Executive Magazine and several American Business Awards (including “Most Innovative Company”).
Frank himself was named CEO of the Year at the 2009 Prometheus Awards sponsored by the Technology Association of Iowa. He was voted to Training Industry’s 2007 list of the “Most Influential Training Professionals” by his peers in the industry and was named the 2006 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Des Moines Business Record. In 2005, Frank received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in the Business Services category for the Central Midwest Region and was named Small Business Person of the Year for the State of Iowa by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Robin Salsberry | President
Robin Salsberry is a Founder and the President of Prositions, Inc. In this capacity, she oversees day-to-day operations and steers the management team to deliver world-class talent solutions. Robin has over 25 years of experience as a Human Resource Manager and Professional.
Robin was previously the Vice President of Human Resources for GeoLearning, Inc. where she grew the company from a dozen employees to over 280 full-time employees. Robin was responsible for the organization’s human resource and talent management initiatives.
Prior to joining GeoLearning, Robin was Head of Human Resources for CE Software, a leading developer of software solutions for the Apple Computer platform. Robin oversaw the rapid growth and expansion of the organization and corporate team.
In her career, Robin has also served as a human resource and training officer in the software, retail, and construction industries.
Robin is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Association for Talent Development, and the Technology Association of Iowa.
Sam Gill | Chief Financial Officer
Sam Gill is a Founder and the Chief Financial Officer for Prositions, Inc. He is responsible for the financial management and administration of the company.
Prior to joining Prositions, Sam was Chief Financial Officer for GeoLearning, Inc. where he was responsible for the financial growth and success of the company. He served as Chief Financial Officer for Excellence in Training Corporation, a leading provider and distributor of video-based learning solutions.
Sam has also served as a Vice President for Westcott Communications, a publicly-traded company in the HR industry.
Jill Dillenburg | Vice President of Sales
Jill is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Prositions, Inc. She is responsible for managing Prositions’ dynamic sales team as well as securing and maintaining strong relationships with customers worldwide.
Prior to joining Prositions, Jill was the Sales Director for Dice Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: DHX), the global leader in specialized career websites. In this role, she oversaw sales groups, grew the sales division from five to over fifty people and consistently exceeded sales targets. She was also instrumental in developing innovative product offerings. Early in her career, Jill was a B2B Sales Manager at one of the world’s largest metals distributor companies.
Jill has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Northern Colorado, Denver, CO.
Ellen Linkenhoker | Vice President of Marketing
Ellen is the Vice President of Marketing at Prositions, Inc. She has over 8 years of experience working for technology and software companies in growth phases.
Her recent experience includes managing a portfolio of brands with Carrier Access and their sister companies Klarratee and Tektivity. She brings a wealth of knowledge across myriad of marketing practices and as a high potential millennial, she is poised to be a vital addition to the executive team. Ellen’s position on the American Marketing Association of Iowa Board of Directors keeps her immersed in the ever-changing world of marketing.
Ellen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has completed the West Des Moines Leadership Academy in West Des Moines, IA.
Lloyd Singer | Vice President of Business Development
Lloyd Singer is the Vice President of Business Development for Prositions, Inc. and is responsible for merger/acquisition operations, content acquisition, global distribution deals, and other related asset purchases. He has over 30 years of training & development experience, including starting multiple ventures over a twenty-year career with Motorola, Inc. and other small business startups.
He served as Vice President of Education & Training at Motorola where he created their first training and development venture, MTI, a division which grew to become the world’s largest provider of films and videos for training law enforcement and security officers. In 1980, Lloyd led a management buyout of MTI and then successfully sold the company in 1983 to the publisher Simon & Schuster where he was appointed Vice President of Education & Training. Subsequently, Lloyd engineered the successful acquisition of five other companies in the publishing industry.
Lloyd is a member of both ATD and SHRM and has a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Columbia’s School of Engineering.
Craig Robbins | Director of Talent Development Solutions
Craig Robbins is the Director of Talent Development Solutions at Prositions Inc. He manages an international team of coaches and consultants who design and deliver customized talent development solutions for a wide range of organizations.
Prior to joining Prositions, Craig was an advisor responsible for training, advising, and mentoring a multinational government organization with more than 5,000 members in Europe and West Asia. He also serves as a Captain and Commanding Officer with the Illinois Army National Guard.
Craig holds a Master of Science degree in Professional Communication from Northwestern University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa, a Certificate in Strategic Technology Management from the College of Engineering at the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign), and a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Studies from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Tommy Russell | Director of Career Solutions
Tommy is the Director of Career Solutions at Prositions, Inc. He helps lead a team of international coaches and career strategists that deliver cutting edge programs for candidates and customers around the globe.
A key player since the company’s founding, Tommy brings a unique set of experiences to his role managing the transition services group. His recent work includes recruiting and talent performance coaching in and around New York City. He has also worked for several startups in the training and talent management industries.
Tommy holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree with Honors from the University of Iowa and a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) from Yale University. He currently serves on Yale Alumni Fund’s Board of Directors where he has served as Chair of the Nominating Committee.
