About the Author:
Dr. Marlene Caroselli founded the Center for Professional Development in 1984 to help working adults improve their communication, managerial, and leadership skills. She has conducted training seminars for a number of major corporations and the federal government and has also served as an adjunct faculty member at UCLA and National University. Besides lecturing in more than half the states in the United States, Dr. Caroselli has also conducted workshops in Guam, Canada, Singapore, and Brazil.
Dr. Caroselli has published several books on business-related issues. Her articles frequently appear in National Business Employee Weekly, International Customer Service Association Journal, and Stephen Covey’s Executive Excellence.
