FRANK RUSSELL
Chief Executive Officer
Frank Russell is a founder and Chief Executive Officer of Prositions, Inc. He heads the Board of Directors and is responsible for the strategic vision and direction of the company. Frank has over 35 years of human resource management experience. He is also a serial entrepreneur having started three other companies in the HR space.​
ROBIN SALSBERRY
President
Robin Salsberry is a Founder and the President of Prositions, Inc. In this capacity, she oversees day to day operations and steers the management team to deliver world-class talent solutions. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
SAM GILL
Chief Financial Officer
Sam Gill is a Founder and the Chief Financial Officer for Prositions, Inc. He is responsible for the financial management and administration of the company. Sam has also served as a Vice President for Westcott Communications, which was a publicly traded company in the HR industry.
MIKE MORRISON
Chief Strategy Officer
Mike is a Managing Partner and the Chief Strategy Officer for Prositions. In that capacity he manages strategic relationships, partnerships, and business development for the company. Mike is an entrepreneur and has advised, founded, and managed several startup and acquisition companies.
